What You Can Do
Personal Details
Name, date of birth, national ID, contact information, and address — stored securely and editable.
Medical Summary
Chronic conditions, known allergies, blood type, and current regular medications visible to providers.
Emergency Contacts
Designate emergency contacts who can be notified and given limited record access in a crisis.
Medical Preferences
Record your preferred language, accessibility needs, and care preferences.
Privacy Controls
Manage which facilities can access your records and revoke access at any time.
Profile Sharing
Generate a temporary secure link to share your profile summary with a provider outside the T-care network.
Note: Your profile data is encrypted at rest and in transit. T-care Africa does not sell or share patient data with third parties. You can request a full export or deletion of your data at any time.
